Thoughts so far:

I enjoy reading Devan and her mother. There are obviously sad and heartbreaking parts describing their relationship but it doesn't feel depressing at all. I love how the author wraps it with humor that you can enjoy but won't let you miss any emotions. I can see that I will love this book.

A few pages and I already wanna seriously maim Leah. She's a bitch, we already know that but to act like this to her baby...ugh! Even the first page makes me wanna throw up because of her. If she was a bitch in the The Opportunist, well be prepared for a full experience in this one.

Thoughts so far:

I started reading this book because of a Rachel's review and encouragement; and I was anxious while reading it because I'm trying not to get caught off guard by the turn of events. The way it was written was more on emotions. It described what the characters feels like that would make the readers feel it.

I can already see that this will be a crazy roller coaster ride that will end up with tears.
